Usage Data: We track your study progress, quiz scores, chapter completion, and practice exam results to provide personalized progress tracking and pass probability predictions. This data is tied to your account.

AI Tutor Conversations: Messages you send to the AI Tutor are processed by OpenAI to generate responses. We do not store conversation history on our servers beyond your active session.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the NotaryExamPro service
• Track your study progress and quiz performance
• Calculate your predicted pass probability
• Process payments through Stripe
• Generate AI-powered quiz questions and tutor responses
• Send important service-related communications

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and study progress for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at info@notaryexampro.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication through Google OAuth, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

NotaryExamPro is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (the minimum age to become a notary in California). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
